Charging the F-150 Lightning is simple and convenient. With the available 80-amp Ford Charge Station Pro, you can add an estimated 21 miles of range per charging hour on the extended range battery. The truck also supports fast charging at up to 150 kW, allowing you to quickly top up the battery when you're on the go. DC fast charging can add approximately 54 miles of range in 10 minutes.
The 2025 Ford F-150 Lightning Lariat, Platinum, and XLT trims offer the extended range 131 kWh battery for up to 320 miles of range. The PRO and Flash trims come equipped with the standard range 98 kWh battery with up to 240 miles of range. This groundbreaking electric truck provides the capability, innovation, and technology that Ford customers expect from the F-Series.
Convenient Tech and Safety Features
The Ford F-150 Lightning has 11 AC power outlets, including four in the cargo bed area, to power everything you need. Power tools are no problem. The Lightning has 9.6 kilowatts to spare. Camping and tailgating needs can easily be met and exceeded. If your truck is also your office, you can fold down the shifter and fold out a flat work surface. The tailgate is also a flat, nonslip work surface. It has clamped pockets and an embedded ruler. Using the 15.5-inch touchscreen from inside, you can light up 360 degrees around your truck.
The touchscreen provides navigation, multimedia details, and views from an exterior 360-degree camera. You have storage in the front trunk and under the seats. There is seating for up to five passengers. As with gasoline-powered F-150s, you have choices in model trims. There is the Pro, the XLT, the Lariat, and the Platinum versions. This allows you to choose the extras and interior appointments you prefer.
