What's Familiar & What's New on the 2021 Ford Bronco?

Like its predecessors, the 2021 Ford Bronco retains its retro styling: a muscular, boxy silhouette and high clearance. The doors and top are removable, preserving the Ford Bronco's unabashed military jeep-like influences. Powerful drivetrain options, beefy wheels, all-weather tires, and water-resistant interior options suit the 2021 Ford Bronco for routine days around Riverton, IL as well as off-road adventures.

That's where the similarities to the Ford Bronco of yesteryear end. The 2021 Ford Bronco adds:

  • Up to seven Goes Over Any Terrain (G.O.A.T.) driving modes
  • Two-door and four-door models
  • Mid & Sasquatch packages consisting of 35-inch mud tires, Bilstein dampers, locking front/rear axles, and more
  • An in-dash touchscreen with Ford Sync infotainment
  • Ford Co-Pilot360™ advanced driver-assist technology

Plenty of Ford Bronco Options for Everyone

Ford is going for broke with the array of 2021 Ford Bronco trims available. There are six total, each with many standard and optional features as well as thousands of potential OEM aftermarket customizations. The trim levels are:

  • Bronco Base
  • Bronco Big Bend
  • Bronco Black Diamond
  • Bronco Outer Banks
  • Bronco Wildtrak
  • Bronco Badlands

A highly equipped, more compact version called the Ford Bronco Sport is also slated for an upcoming debut. Plus, there's going to be a Ford Bronco Limited Edition, a premium upper trim of which Ford only intends to manufacture 3,500. Like all of the trims, you should reserve your Ford Bronco Limited Edition as soon as possible.

Exterior & Interior Design Features

The 2021 Ford Bronco's exterior has clean yet bold lines and an athletic, angular shape. Large headlamps and all-season tires grab attention at curbside, on the open road, and off the beaten path.

Depending on the trim, choose between up to 11 exterior colors inspired by the palette of an untamed landscape: Cactus Gray, Dark-Teal Area 51, Rapid Red, and other assorted shades of red, white, black and blue.

Upper trims add accents like a carbonized grille, steel bumpers, steel rock rails, and undercarriage "bash plates." Some trims even have trim-specific hood graphics. Doors and roofs detach and stow easily on board for brisk, fun, open-air off-roading. On the interior, a minimalist layout keeps the cockpit spacious and its details accessible.

A large, central touchscreen ranging from eight to 12 inches dominates the dashboard, with visible clusters situated comfortably behind the steering wheel. Plump, sturdy high-back seats upholstered in cloth, vinyl, or leather trim offer sumptuous, ergonomic support.

Four-door models present the added perk of a 60/40-split second row for creative cargo space configurations. Available rubberized, washable floors make it a cinch to keep the 2021 Ford Bronco's interior clean.

Classic & Capable: The 2021 Ford Bronco Powertrain Options
